How do i post? and the post I want to post. Don't ban me please.
I am afraid to do ANYTHING on your Forum right now. I cannot figure out how to post…can’t find instructions anywhere on how to do it. Whenever I try to post a reply I am told I need to make 10 posts before I can post???how can I post if I can’t post. I am 67 years old and I have never been on a forum in my life. I can still surf big wave so i am not a total loser, old kook…lol ( I hope you laugh). I really want to join in on this thread about School of Trade but I guess I flubbed up my first attempt and now you are talking about banning me.
Here is what I want to post. I think it is very important. Perhaps you don’t. Just tell me what to do and how to do it and I will…John JC Carper
my “post”:
This long thread on SOT is very, very interesting. i have attended a number of his afternoon reviews and have found him really interesting. He is definitely "on fire"...probably drinks 30 cups of coffee a day but I have back traded many of his huge trades on Replay and came up with similar numbers so I do know that AT LEAST the trades he SHOWS are legit. His DOM is white which indicates a live trading account, not SIM and he really knows his trend lines, S/R's and is funny. I kinda like the guy but I have been burned before by likable guys so I am super cautious. I was so ready to join that I put $5000 in a special account to send to him and decided to check out some reviews before I joined. I was horrified by what I saw and not just the negative comments on Big Mikes but EVERY other forum out there. So, I decided to further look into this and also try to see who started all this commotion.
It seems as though a guy called Llyod h or something from the UK started it and just went peddle to the metal with it. He has not responded to any inquiries by me and everything he did was quite a few years ago. Then on one site (probably shouldn't name it here, but it is pretty easy to find) I saw a letter by Llyod, with his same handle, apologizing as part of his 12 step program for MAKING IT ALL UP! Seems he was a student and started his own Trade Room and was bent on destroyin Joesph James. Llyod does not respond to any inquiries and hasn't been active here for quite awhile.
WOW!!! This is like "Days of Our Life" or something. I REALLY want to find out the TRUTH. I would hate to see a good man ruined nor would I want to see good people ruined by a bad man, but there should be some serious investigation. there have been a lot of super positive comments posted and all the negative comments seem to be posted by a small group of people.
...ps...I am new to Big Mikes and super busy and I don't know ALL the protocol here so I hope I am not stepping out of bounds by reaching out to you, if so I apologize now.On Dec 7, 2014, at 6:24 AM, Big Mike's
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
DOn't give that person your money!
That's just crazy. If you have that much money to throw a way and you surf big waves and you are an intermediate trader already then you should just put it in to your account or open up a new account or buy a new surfboard . I can't find one good thing about that dude online other than on his website. I think he may be on something. Gave me a headache just listening to his pitch.
Instead tell us about your personal experiences trading. Most people on this forum are just here trying to make their own way and are happy to share their personel trading experiences. Whenever I have a legitiment question I can make a post or send a PM to someone and they always answer me. Lots of good people here. But no tolerance for snake oil.
Everyone has a different risk tolerance and I don't know how it would do me any good to take trades that someone with more capital is taking even if they are legit.
You'd be better off doing a columbine with topstep trader. Real pros teaching you while you prove yourself to them and if you are good then you get funded. I don't know......Sitting in a room listening to some crazy person who is making bank off of YOU calling out trades on a whim and a sim sounds sketchy. If he is so good then he should give the service to you under contract that if you are successful then you give him a cut.
I am no expert but my advice to you is to go to futures.io (formerly BMT)'s you tube channell and watch the videos with AL Brooks and Futures Frader 71, Peter davies, and ....anyone that appeals to your style of trading.
If you really want to be in a call room then do the free trial of everyone that you find online and take notes. Most of them use some set of indicators that they either lifted from someone else or painted a pretty color, renamed, and made it their own. I ma pretty sure that there is not an indicator or person in this world that will tell you 100% of the time what direction the market is going to go for shure.
SAVE YOUR MONEY.
SUrfs up!

I don't know how I posted that. When I tried posting it, there was a notice that said I couldn't post it unless I posted 10 times and that I would be banned if I did try to post it. So I guess I did post it. Never seen anything so confusing as this. I wonder if I am posting now?
Ok, I finally posted 10 posts in threads I am not interested in. It was fun though, especially the threads about the cats. I guess this is to get us to participate more.
Just for your information:
There are two sections of the forum
1) the posts that anyone can read
2) the elite forum - where only elite members (paying once) have access
If the member would read his welcome email and welcome PM he would see there are links with videos on how to use the forum for those that don't know how.
If he would read the message about 'requires 10 posts', it would tell him why he can't post in that area (vendor reviews) with less than 10 posts, but that he can still post in other sections of the forum.
Wouldn't surprise me if instead this new member is just another account from the vendor SOT trying to promote his business. That makes more sense than a guy who can't read.
