Do you have to do intra-day trading? Why not do end-of-day trading: set your orders with your broker every night and let 'em take care of themselves while you work?

Don't day trade. Just swing trade. Plan your trades on the weekend, execute them before/after work, or on lunch.

If you are trading the ES like your profile says, then what Mike said is perfect. Also look at the Globex open (5PM CST), it is a great time to put on a swing for the next day / week.

Tokyo market opens at 8.00 PM EST. Around that time nikkie and yen moves very good. Look at this today's post of @mfbreakout here:

I am not suggesting to copy him or trade like him. Just saying you can trade at evening nikkie and yen.

Trade what you see, not what you think!

I've spend all this time just day trading .. never thought about swing trading or looking at different time to trade.
this will lake time and a big adjustment until I get everything going. But I didn't realis until now how much passionate i am about trading. thank you all
