I downloaded Tapatalk on my iPhone and clicked on Big Mike Trading icon, but I could not get in. Got an error message: "Failed to connect to forum. Please check with the forum administrator if this problem persists." My internet on iPhone is working. What's wrong? How do I fix this problem? Thank you. I'm waiting for tapatalk to update their URL for the forum. I don't own an iPhone so cannot test, but the problem is probably it was using the old forum URL (forum.bigmiketrading.com) instead …

I downloaded Tapatalk 1.13.1 on my iPhone and ipad. clicked on Big Mike Trading icon, and I could not get in. I got an error message on both my iPhone and iPad: "Cannot connect to forum. This forum is either restricting accessfrom Tapatalk or the installed Tapatalk plug in is not working. Please contact your forum administrator." My internet on iPhone and ipad is working.

Can you help in fixing this problem.
