Good to hear you found a solution. I think the confusion and lack of responses to help you is because no one knows what "JOE" refers to. I certainly have never heard that term used before. Based on your description I think you may be referring to what is actually called "Inside" bid/ask. If you do a search you should be able to find the terms inside bid and inside ask. From the screen shot, it appears that there is an indicator called "JoeAskSize", and that's the "Joe" …

"I noticed that several posters were looking for the ability to show the current bid size and current ask size in the Market Analyzer. I was looking to do the same and so I wrote two simple indicators to plot each one. I don't have them plotted on the chart itself as there are already a number of ways to see that information (for example with Chart Trader open on the chart). However, you can now call these indicators up in the Market Analyzer itself so that you can get the information on a quick glance, set alerts, etc."

so they are just bid and ask volume, It's kind of anticlimactic
