I am a college student and I am looking to get into trading after I graduate. If anyone has any suggests on day trading it would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to learn as much information as i can before I graduate so that I could possibly dive into day trading.

Hey,

I haven't been active on here for very long, but you are in the right place to learn. There are beginner webinars and such, but you need to purchase the elite membership to get to them. I plan to very soon and from what I hear , you will learn alot.

Maybe try out a few intro books on trading. You can register on TDAmeritrade without funding and have use of the ThinkOrSwim platform free (has most stocks, futures and options even in sim mode with a lot of back feed) and try out ideas in sim mode.

Also list of videos and links here:

And a few common sayings.
- Right hand edge of the chart trading is the only trading that exists.
- Trading looks simple, but it's not easy.
- Start out with a small account with amt of money one can afford to lose

Favorite book that explains and introduces the markets and market profile:
