Embed video in my journal?

Recorded myself trading, how do I get it in my journal? Used the trial version of https://www.flashbackrecorder.com/ I can view the video no problem on my pc, but all I get is text when I put in in my journal. If I convert it to swf or flv I can't view it either.
Thought this would be as easy as posting pictures, guess it's more involved.

I should mention I've searched the forum, but couldn't find a straight forward answer. If there is a thread on it, please advise. Thanks

Attach it as a FLV or MP4 file to the post. Do not embed it. It will then show up as a playable thumbnail that expands to a full player when clicked.
