At futures io, our focus is on quality education. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce. The truth is: trading is hard. • We work extremely hard to keep things positive in our community.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendors advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, we can help you find it.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

Hard for me to choose just one.

Nasdaq
S&P
Gold
Copper
Oil
Natural Gas

They're liquid and open 23.25 hours/day.
Although I may not be trading that often each day,
my entry price can be triggered at any time.
I do day and swing trading (1-4 weeks).

I like to trade whatever is most fluidic not necessarily the one that has the most liquid.

This one came easy to me ... the favourite one is always the one that makes the most money. all else is pretty secondary.

Actually I probably should have said that I like to trade instruments that have a combination of both volatility and liquidity.
I trade most of the instruments you do but mostly NQ these days considering how nice it moves. I'm trying to get back into Oil considering what's going on in the world. I stopped with forex for a little bit considering that I find NQ more opportune. Usually It just takes a glance to see if price is moving in ways I like. For instance If you opened up an NQ chart and a YM chart you can see the YM almost seems like a pixelated version despite the variation of liquidity.
