mystery indicator, can you crack it?

so somebody sent me this screen and he asked if I know the indicator? So I guess the best way to find out is to try to replicate it.

i know what it is .. it�s from some indian guy who charges $1k for the indicator and claims it�s based on volume... lol

lets see if you can figure it out yourself what it is, here�s a hint ...its a modified version of an indicator which was originally made by a guy who has a 3 letter forum nickname ...

It looks quite the same as "Darvas box", interesting how they would work "together"
check it on Ninja indicators forum under the same name.
