As of yet I have no useful content, only questions. anyone with advice for someone who has never traded but is getting ready to get their feet wet in penny stocks.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
the spreads are way to wide relative to the price of the product. Further, there are many many penny stock hucksters that are a total fraud. Start small and trade a legit product.
IMO-Issue with pennies, so many pump and dump out there. Meaning all these places selling info on how to get rich, they'll send out a email saying buy this stock in the am but then at lunch after most have bought, the same place that said to buy will pull liquidity and the stock will fall back to lows or lower(it might take days too but this is how they operate). Only one that made money was the "pump then dump" locations. Granted there are legit businesses on the brink of bankruptcy hence penny stock that can make a real come back and you will definitely get paid from these.
