2998 = VWAP daily + POC 7/1 (2996) = resistance
2988 = -SD3 yesterday + VA_b 7/1 (2982) = support

Yeah pretty much. It is more a kind break out thing though because he uses 30 minute bars as they similar to TPO's. I did find much of value in LL's material though of course your mileage might vary.
