i put a lot of exercise equipment in my office. I have an eliptical, 5 kettlebells, a bowflex etc. I rigged up a 42" tv to the computer so i can throw up a chart from across the room.

As others said, i think the key is to know your 'setups', have those areas defined, and when they arent near them, step back a little. i am not sure if my system is oriented that way, or if i was drawn to systems that were. But trying to stare at every tick is tough. I do have a few 'abnormal volume' and 'big bar' squawker scripts running on the markets i am deeply involved in.
