Welcome to futures.io.

Welcome, Guest!

This forum was established to help traders (especially futures traders) by openly sharing indicators, strategies, methods, trading journals and discussing the psychology of trading.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading forums:
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive on our forums.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendor advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in openness and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, it is not something tangible you can download.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

You'll need to register in order to view the content of the threads and start contributing to our community. It's free and simple, and we will never resell your private information.

Well, that was a little comical exaggeration regrading a pile of pizza boxes, etc. But I used to be a real neat freak and highly organized in every aspect, as for most engineers, until was accused of being annal retentive by a sweet and slow talking Southern redneck girl. She convinced me that if I let some of that stuff go I will have a much less cluttered inner world. Boy was she right, my handicap dropped to 6, my bank account started to vanish, and my inner world and thoughts became so uncluttered that I can get lost in there now without a point of reference.

Cheers!

Up on Cripple Creek, she sends me.....

Here is the monitor set up of a trading school specializing on the education of high frequency traders. The left chair is for the pupil, the right one for the instructor, who is already waiting for you.

Unless Morgan Freeman just started trading and Harry knows him personally, then yes, I'd say it's likely a joke.

Yes I know, it was quite good -- saw it on a full 70mm IMAX screen on Saturday. Over an hour of footage with the imax camera, and maybe may favorite of the three dark knight movies.

lol - same here - same day, also on an IMAX screen - absolutely amazing to watch.

First time I've seen a movie on IMAX.

I presume you weren't @ the IMAX in Siam Paragon, Bangkok were you?

You presume correctly

IMAX has come out with the "IMAX Digital" theater screens which is in fact nowhere near the size of a real, old school IMAX screen because the old ones are more expensive to make, maintain, take up more space, etc... so one has to be careful because the new so-called IMAX screens are not differentiated on their web site, need firsthand information to be sure that the movie is in true imax format!

Yes; she would just need to be robotically "desk-toped" and do my Auto-Trading while I'm out doing other business Meanwhile, I'm a Discretionary Trader, consequently, she would be a distraction to my trading ... I'm not wont to such distraction.
