Aslan, thank you for your reply. However, you have introduced variables not present in this situation. The data lag was occurring on CQG data when i had an NQ chart attached to the RX 7600 and another NQ chart attached to the RX 780. After attaching all NQ charts to the RX 7600 there has been no lag with CQG or Rithmic. My theory is that since Ninja dedicates a single thread to each instrument, if there is more than one GPU processing an instrument and one of the GPU's is slower, this might cause data to lag on all charts for that instrument. Regardless, if you are experiencing lag, I recommend connecting each instrument to only one GPU.

Sorry for assumption, but you only mentioned APEX not CQG, but it doesn't matter. Your recommendation for instrument on single GPU is fine (should not be required, but obviously working around some issue for you). Glad its working and perhaps it will help someone else.

Afternoon,

Here's my contribution. Nothing special, just a relatively decent computer with 3 27-inchers.

Most people have left charts on their screens, but mine are pretty boring so I've gone with a homage to the 3 things that have been most useful to me in trying to learn to trade: nexusfi, bloodhound, and MarketLife.

Here's my current setup. The photo that looks like DOM-o-rama is where all the magic happens. The other is for analysis and market prep. This rig has been cobbled together with a bunch of free stuff and a few things I've purchased along the way. I've covered all the software, subscriptions, and a few peripherals. That Kensington Slingblade is one of my prized possessions. I love that mouse. All of the monitors were hand-me-downs except for the Samsung on the right. That one was a dumpster score! That keyboard was also a dumpster score! The laptop along with the monitor stands were gifts. I'm working on a new rig at home, so this is what I've got for now. I had to select the wide angle to get these shots because of where my desk is situated in the room.

Also, please excuse my cluster of a desk. I just finished a big project and had run out of room on my work table so I had to commandeer some space and I still have yet to put everything back in place.

I wish I could go dumpster diving, but I live too far away from my nearest electronic dumpster.

This is an electric sit/stand desk. I'm running 4 34" curved ultrawide monitors, 1 vertical 27" monitor, 2 Ergotron dual stacking arms, Dell precision tower cto base, MSI laptop, and Utechsmart Venus pro mouse. I love the sit/stand desk from Uplift as it keeps everything clean with an incredible cord management system.

The mouse is one of the things that I actually purchased. To date, it is still one of my best purchases.

Regarding the dumpster scores. I actually snagged 2 more monitors and a gaming rig at the same time as the Samsung. The keyboard was a few days later. The monitors are 24 inch 1080p HD Viewsonics. They work just fine. The rig is old, but it's running Windows 10 with zero issues as well as all of the software and platforms that I use. It actually runs better than my laptop. Mind you, the laptop, is also my work computer, but that's because it has a fresh install of Windows, so there's nothing else taking up memory. The case is gigantic, so there is a plethora of space to build it out after I finish buying parts and gut it.

Here's what I've got. 7 monitors. 6 are 4k. One at top middle is short & wide, but less resolution. Helps when I need something displayed much larger. NexusFi logo at top left.

BTW, I access 4 other PCs in my basement via RDP, each in its own Win11 virtual desktop space on my desktop.
This means that I'm actually working with 5×7=35 screens at any point in time.

Just added a couple more monitors I had in the basement, bringing this to 9 in total.
I can actually add up to 5 more 4k monitors with the Wavlink external Displaylink hardware I'm using.
Something inside of me wants to do just that, but I've got no idea where to arrange anything else.
Logo on upper left monitor.

Everyone,

I see several posts that aren't qualifying.

Rule (a): One of your photos must include our website with the NexusFi logo clearly visible. Do not add watermark to your images, that does not qualify.

This proves it's you and not any internet image with our logo added to it.

I don't want to disqualify anyone so please make an updated post meeting the requirements.

Mike
