What the....? You recognise all that equipement? From the picture?

Maybe its not that impressive...

Now if you coould recite MSRP and street price from memory, within 25 bucks, well then...that would be something.

Congratulations, your the next contestant on the Price is Right! Come on down!!

I think I could get close, but its been a while since I actually bought any of this stuff new.....I have owned all of it at one time except the Mackie monitors....owned several pairs of the Mackie powered subs and tops for live sound though....great stuff for smaller gigs....

very nice the mackies have incredible sound, used them for my surround sound. 824's at the back and 3 x 624's for the front, all off an RME soundcard. Got married and had to downsize

Hi,

Here is a pic of my desk:

With 4 monitors, I use 2 old graphic cards (Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT) and with the two last monitors I use 2 USB adapters Xeo monitor for multi display.
I fixed 5 monitors 20” with wall mount bracket.
The central monitor is 24”stand on the table.

I have a black wooden plate and two stands like Fat Tails not because I’m tall (in fact I’m little) but because I use a battery back up and a lot of cables.

Hum in fact my desk is never so clean...

This is a small office I rent in downtown - I used to trade from home but the office is good, it gets me out of my house and gives me some separation between work and play. Thanks for the thread.

I see you are in Denver, I rent a space up here in Westminster, CO. where I live. The office is the only way to go and no more having to intervene in the "pre-preschool" brawls between the wife and daughter

@Rayzor, I have considered doing this many times before. If I may ask, how much do you pay per month? Obviously this will depend on location, I'm just trying to get a ballpark for this size space, as it looks quite like what I'm looking for.

@Massive l, some great gear you have there. What a great way to trade. Used to have some of those exact Mackies. Great sound. Love the NS10s. A friend of mine use to have them years ago. A real classic. I'm rockin da house with some Tannoy DMT 15s (downsized from 215s) and DMT 12s mk2 (as my trading speakers) with these TAD 4001s horns with 1601c bass drivers running active at 112db. Even with 5 watts I can make the windows shake. Zero distortion....

Cheers

I rent from a property manager/group called Regus, they are all over the world. I committed to a 1 year lease and got like 180 square feet for $400 a month, I have master blaster Comcast Business Class Internet that is an additional $96. The $400 includes all the coffee I can drink as well. Check in your area, I bet there is a Regus property there. I looked at other places in my area that offered even lower rates, but they were kinda' ghetto and offered poor security, one of them included free Comcast Internet.....that you shared w/ 20 people and at least the landlord was up-front about the fact it was NOT secure. I have a lot of dough invested in my stuff and didn't want to come in and find it gone. Besides, trading is no walk in the park; why not treat yourself to a nice office? So worth it! Oh yeah, I almost forgot: The high dollar Herman Miller furniture and commercial grade chair that has saved my back was included in the rent.
