Here's a version for TradeStation: Trading Graphics

I like the simplicity of this setup and I'm considering doing the 30 day trial.

That's good to hear. I'm surprised that none of the futures.io (formerly BMT) programmers have coded this indi yet. This is a very topical thread and subject.

Good trading - and don't get too "hooked"

Hey Alan,

Have you seen this indicator? It prints a 1-2-3 or ross hook about every 30 seconds.

Hi Jeff,

No I have not seen the indicator. If it does print every 30 seconds, then this would be a nuisance to me! and more distracting than anything else.

Hi Marker,

Your charts prove my point..........1-2-3's and ross hooks all over the place. The way this indicator works bears no resemblance to what Joe Ross teaches. However, if it works for you and makes you money.....that is great!

Alan.........perhaps you can get Indicator Warehouse to give you a trial period to use the indicator to see if you like it.

Yes all your points are valid regarding the 123's and RH...the key is how does one interprets it to be traded according to one's own trading strategy and goals.....My style is all-in and all-out. I snag a very high percentage on my first and only target after a precise entry....I go bites everyday that keeps me full day in and day out....I do not go for the home run's everyday....

There are many methods that are great. One must find one that fits their trading personality and trade it according to their own risk tolerances. Not according to what someone tells you how you should trade.

Discipline and modest targets is the key....Be humble and you shall survive and prosper in this profession....

I highjack an indicator. Meaning, I never use an indicator the way it is suppose to be used per the so called hand-book out of the box. I use it the way I want to use it.

So with the 123, I use it for a set-up for my entry signals......hope this makes sense here.....

Thank you Marker for the clairification. I am glad that you have found a way to make this indicator work for you. My problem is that it is called a 1-2-3 Ross Hook indicator. I would encourage anyone interested in learning how to trade "real" 1-2-3's and "real" Ross Hooks......go to the education section of the futures.io (formerly BMT) forum and read ALL the articles by Joe Ross the inventor of the 1-2-3 and the Ross Hook. Additional information can also be found in the "Trading Naked" website library......or Joe's website https://www.tradingeducators.com/
