Big Mike - Is there any reference for using the tool bar icons found in the "post reply" window? How are hyperlinks constructed when posting a reply?? I looked thru the beginner's section, but I was unable to find any explanations?

Here is a basic list to using BBCode.

But if you want to insert a hyperlink, the basic button you want to use is the one with the globe and chain link, shown in the attached picture.

If for example you wanted to just put a link here, you can just paste the link, it will automatically 'hyperlink' for you. If say you wanted to print a word such as HERE, and have the word 'HERE' contain your link, you first type the word 'HERE' then you highlight that word with your cursor.

Then you click on the globe/chain link, and past the link in the text box that appears. Then you will have a hyperlink with custom text.

Hyperlinks are automatically wrapped, you do not need to do anything special by default.

The toolbar has the other most common options, as was said.

Thanks forrestang and Big Mike for the BBCode link and quick explanation...easy peesy when you know how...(sounds like trading?)

I see the BBCode link now under POSTING RULES that gives an outline for nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) ...I'll be checking it out later today.

Cheers
