ADX VMA is NOT the same as ADX

but i dont know the exact math of it, sorry.
you have to examine the code i think.

wh,

Thank you for the link... I started going through the ADXVMA code, but can't seem to make heads or tails in terms of what the actualy equations are that sharky used...

any help in getting a handle on them would be really appreciated... trying to get a full understanding of the math being used

i think here at nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) we are only user of this ADXVMA, not creator of it - sharky also.
we just use it how it is cause it gives out useful things - dont care about what it is in deepth -

if you want to go back to the roots for research - look here :

and check out the link to TradersLab.
i think Walter, the chimp, he is one of the first guys who worked with this ADXVMA intensively.
