this is exactly how i look at this , please let me know if the market retrace when you saw this values

thanks
ban.

This one didn't retrace more than a few ticks before resuming a downtrend (which lasted all night). In fact attached is the chart--I marked 10:02.

I'm in the process of working on an indicator that will look for divergence and proximity to BB.
I'll post it when I'm done.

So here's another Euro trade that worked (I had 2 that worked and 1 that didn't today).
I should have held it for more but I was trading "scared" today and took profits way too early.

On the 10 range it looked like it had completed a bottoming pattern and we were near the Lower BB.

On the 5 Range we had a triple bottom with strong positive divergence. I entered a couple bars late on a pullback after the cross of D9.

Charts attached.

Any comments welcome.

Ron

Great Job!

i never said that this system work 100% of the time , but its working more then it doesnt

as i mention before i take more risk and buy it even before the cross , another tip for you , if we have DIV near to BB buy when the white line on the D9 is crossing the D9 line
this for me is also a trade i think you should check this out

also add ZLR from the D9 to your charts and you will be able to ride the trade as long the D9 is above the 0 line

Hi Ban,

Some of the trading patterns over the last few days had me turn my mind to re-entry opportunities using your d9 methodology. I know in an earlier post (maybe in the d9Particle thread) you said that was the only reason you had the 50EMA on the chart.

But how exactly are you using it for re-entries? I was looking at today's trading and decided a SHORT re-entry could occur if a bar was completely below the EMA (and vice versa for a long) as long as this occurred after a valid short signal on the zero line cross.

So, (see attached chart), I considered #4 and #5 valid short re-entries. By the way I have a profit target on 1 contract of 1 point with the stop on the runner moved initially to BE then trail.

the way i reenter is to see if prices are retracing to the 50EMA and then look at my D9 if there is a cross pending(detrend / predict /cross of the white line(raw trend)) i will short/buy again

ban.

Hey Banbrooke,

Could you post some real trades so we can see your system in action? I've looked through all 7 pages of this thread and no real trades. (rsi has posted real trades....thanks)

Thanks, Jeff
