Many times in your posts I can hear "buyers" or "sellers" are trapped. Could you please clarify this issue?
Which side is trapped is defined on;y AFTER the price moves in the opposite direction to their trade. I.e. when we say that "sellers were trapped while trying to move price lower" simply means that market went up. So in any given time we can say one of two sides was trapped. And those trapped traders will exit sooner or later causing the price to accelerate. Or they can be trapped for short period of time so that they won't get out of loosing trades, and then buyers may get trapped.
What additional information does it give us in terms of finding of entry point?
Or do you mainly mean volume of trapped trades so that we may expect certain volume of the opposite trades when they start to get out of loosing trades? That probably may allow us to decide on the strength of possible swing...

Exists GROUPS of traders dependent on the TRADE STAGE
TO be trapped you need TO ENTER
Price can rise than you EXIT from a short and you buy (YOU WILL NOT BE TRAPPED THAN)
can rise than you enter ( AFTER this if price goes to your direction YOU NOT TRAPPED)
you trapped with 2 conditions - 1) You in a OPEN position 2) you Losing (In some situations you not geting profit)
WATCH market through TRADE STAGES ROUTINE (Enter, holding, exiting)
TO say someone trapped you need to see THEY ENTERED HOD breakout and than start to LOSE
so they are trapped. In this case this will be longs. If price will rise there will be shorts
@bloom, I saw you recommended David Hawkins, path to surrender. I have worked with Sedona Method and Emotion Code , which are offspring's from Dr Hawkins work. Surrendering help you move up along the scale of consciousness. There is another blog which I have posted elsewhere , ( Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind (Removing Negative Thought Patterns) | CalmDownMind.com ) which also have articles with similar concept - releasing the layers of accumulated emotional energy.
For practicing this , first step is to increase your awareness, thru mindfulness or other practices. Once you are aware , it becomes natural to observe the feelings / thoughts and energy it brings, allow it and let it pass. I have been doing this for a while and honestly it really works. How do you know it works ? Once you release and surrender the energy around a particular feeling, you will observe that the intensity of that feeling occurring later on is reduced. keep releasing and it will fade away.. Most of the time one will have to let go of the worry of recurring released feelings, doubt about the technique itself etc..
I would love to hear about your and others experience who have been practicing similar methods..
Bloody hell i know this works and SO MUCH LOVE THIS. I found this on my own in many HOURS of meditation.
I had such strong passion to become enlighten person so than i could not reach it was a pain and i start to say YOU will never become enlighted and i felt relif. Than there was more few cases there it helped a lot.
But what i do love about this EVEN MORE - THIS HELPS EVERYONE WHO DARE TO USE IT.
I helped a lot of peoples to achieve the flow through relief leting it go.
The problem is as you say they are not aware enough so you need to GRAB EM AND TO SHOW the pain and after let em let it go.
Moreover. I have a gradue in hypnosis and used it for some purposes and i saw how my memories changed after i changed my opinion.
I found i CANT TRUST myself at all )))
THis is why now i always do middle actions. Doing everything not completely.
This is a new way of understanding trading and i DO RECOMEND everyone to LET GO their pain before learning trading
