I'm shocked by the fact that now it has crawled out of my fear of death and how it is related to my trade. You are a mystical person. I see that this fear bother me not only to trade but to live normally. I couldn't believe what I understand now. Unbelievable

helplessness
Fear of this experience makes you run in to the dream full of meaning ( travel and as much expereience you can ) and freedom ( compensation of helplessness) so you can feel you powerfull
This wishes of meaning and power creates for you a need to be successfull trader
and to be successfull trader you need to know good breakouts
Imagine if you no more have this fear
No need to dream of freedom anymore. If you have no this fear what you would do than? Which person you will became?
No fear - no dream - no need to be successfull trader (this doesnt cancelling a being such trader) - no need to know which breakout is good which is not

Hide this fear, muffle it for a while, forget myself in different occupations to stop thinking about it. Sometimes I got prophetic dreams and it become real. I started to belive that we all have a fate. Believed in God. It helped for sometime. It repeats all the time. This circle.

Instead NOW you need to face this fear and endure this fear till it other. THan this fear will appear do not do anything.
Let it be as it is and concetrate on a breathing. Exhale inhale. 10-20 sometimes 40 minutes and you will feel fear will become weaker and weaker. To the point it will stay so little.
And than you do not need to run away anymore. You will start to see market. I give you my word )

Let your fear complete its job. It was there to show you the meaning of life. That in a metter of second you can be gone.

Reminds me of a story. I was sleeping and death came in to my dream.
Skeleton face. All the traditional clothes. About to take my life.
I was scared and it stay and watching me.
Even starring at me. And i pissed of it scaresbme and do nothing.

we all die, and that is a good thing. if we truly understand and aware of our mortal nature, we wont be wasting our time on mental games. right now we are a bundle of thoughts and emotions, our made up world is bigger than life itself.
What ever you think you are is an accumulation. Your body is an accumulation of food you consumed, your mind is an accumulation of impressions past end present, your family and relationship, your current personality, all are accumulations.. what ever you accumulated can be yours but cant be YOU .. try keeping aside all your accumulations before you go to sleep every nght, see what is left..
death is essentially giving back what you accumulated..
