I trade stock mainly. I am new in futures trading.
I just started my futures trading one year ago.
I use TradeStation platform for trading.
I look forward to learning easy language programming in futures.io.
Looking to learn from all. I'm a price action trader currently learning on SPY with the goal of eventually trading 5 ES contracts profitably (day trade only). I'm focused on trading a single product on the 5 min chart only. Recently finished Al Brook's course which was exceptionally helpful. I currently use IB TWS but will upgrade once I'm more profitable. Haven't lost much money (except in commission) but haven't made much either. Still making some beginner mistakes like not jumping on trends fast enough, looking to trade reversal prematurely etc. Looking forward to learning from everyone on here. Cheers
Heard about futures io on a podcast and had to make an account. Very interested in continuing to learn and hear about others perspectives on the market. I am new to trading currently on demo practicing a simple trend following strategy using Price action + MACD on MNQ.

I have been trading for quite some time. I have been jumping from Technical Indicators to Market Profile, Market Profile to VSA, Recently I have been learning about weis Waves. I dont do trades too much. Instead I spend most of the my reading and learning about trades. I am not trying to find the Holy grail. But I want to know what I am doing. So , I ll be learning for some time more.
Thank you Mike and FIO community. I invested time through the years reading financial blogs to share free advice with family and friends. A few years ago I opened and blew up my own trading account. From there I starting learning about options. Recently I began paper trading NQ and MNQ on TOS. My results are profitable thus far. Now my journey is to develop a strategy and a system to manage risk and earn an income.
