Not on the ToS platform, at least I'm not aware of it. However, they do have the Prodigio platform that suppose to let you set up strategies using drag and drop GUI and let you autotrade.
TOS doesn't have a great reputation for good fills in futures & their platform is not great for day trading. If you're trading intraday you probably would be better off with one of the futures brokers that offers lower commissions & competitive platforms like ninjatrader, x-trader, rt-investor, r-trader, cqg, etc.
For EOD trading, though, they are a decent choice, and their Prodigio auto-trading platform seems to offer a lot of value when you take into account the fact that it is free, and the data is free.
I had to leave TD Ameritrade when I became interested in trading Futures with NinjaTrader. I don't think that data link is supported. My understanding is once you setup your sub-account through ThinkorSwim (tied to your TDA account) you can use NT to send order (haven't seen it but support said it was possible), but you still need a futures data feed as that isn't compatible.
