  • What asset class this is (FX, Futures, etc.)
  • What market this is (Bitcoin, Gold, Crude Oil, etc.)
  • What day and time this occurred, including timezone
  • What platform you are using
  • What data feed you are using

2 reasons from my inference, first is faulty of your data, if not, then maybe is second, which are traded by Dark Pools.
