I may be able to code this from one in tradestation but if one exists id prefer not re-invent the wheel. Anyone aware of a location I could find a decent code?

This has been discussed on nexusfi.com . Please try a search before asking questions. There is a default DoubleSmoothedStochastic in TOS , and below is a link to the request with a variation.
