Learning Monkey Bar and Market Profile

Hello all, I need some help with monkey bars and Volume Profile for TOS. Is this worth learning? Why or why not? If so where can I learn? (All the videos I seen where outdated) I currently have bookmaps that I am trying out, is the heat map better option?
