Code a horizontal line to indicate current price?

Hi all, Anyone know how to code a horizontal dashed line to indicate current price that extends from the current candle across the expansion area on the right to the 'price bubble' which also changes color based on uptick (green) vs downtick (red)? I'm using thinkorswim. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks, Ben
