I started trading options last summer and after using TWS from Interactive Brokers for several months my frustration reached the “enough is enough” level and I started to follow tutorials on using thinkorswim and few days ago I started to place trades in a paper account.
I only trade options and to my surprise the portfolio does not show my positions consolidated as condors, spreads, etc., but as individual legs and it’s not obvious what the price of a certain position has become and whether it would make sense to close it.
Is this indeed how portfolio is displayed or there’s a setting issue I can fix? And if not, how do you deal with this?
