Can A Scan Be Programmed to Do This?

I have a list of optionable stocks that I want to apply some technical analysis on the options. It's taking me over an hour to manually do the following:

1. See if the stock is currently trading above or below its moving average.
2. If it is above, I pull up the trade page and select the option with at least 10 days to expiration and select the put just out of the money and pull up the chart for it.
3. Check to see if certain technical indicators on it are favorable for my trading threshold.

Is there any way to automate via a scan or other approach to get to step 3?
