I noted that while using On Demand function you can't work on a present date. I can't remember now how long is that limit, but I think it's nearly 30 days back.
So, what happen if you Jump To an older date? how do you see those greek values if you try to analyze an option from (for example) january 2014 or older?
Yeah, I have the same issue. I've had this issue since January of this year. Is your account funded? Thinkorswimi [TDAmeritrade] doesn't seem to be in a big rush to fix this problem either. I am using IB for trade execution these days, so I thought the problem was because my account wasn't funded...
i asked a couple weeks about about not being able to see delta in ondemand. they said it has been broken for awhile and there is no timeline for when it will be fixed.
