Once you have your charts setup under flexible grid....there is a bubble up top that says grid....click that and it will ask u save flexible grid as and then name it whatever you want
Thank you fireman912, ,but, I was referring to my own analysis - e.g. fibs, trend lines, gann lines, etc. TOS used to save these automatically, but since they issued the Amaritrade version, they are not saved.
If you have any other ideas, please let me know. With out this feature, the program is seriously handicapped.
Are you talking about saving the settings of your tools...if you are you just adjust the settings how u want then you click on save as default at the bottom
no, I am talking about saving the analysis (fibs, s/r lines, etc.).
In any event, I think I have the answer, however cumbersome it maybe. I have to save the setup (far right top button) before I log off. If not, all is lost. It sound a bit primitive, so if anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know.
thanx fireman for your concern.
thanx for your help. I don't know what "save drawing set" is (but I wouldn't mind if someone could tell me), but, I found that the "setup" button on the upper right has a save function which works. It's funny, that I seem to be the only one with this problem. Perhaps, because I recently downloaded the program - after the Amaritrade takeover.
thank you for your help
It saves it on the particular chart you drew them on. There is an option under Chart Settings - Synchronize Drawings which copies the drawings to all charts with that symbol.
