if you want to export greeks, iv and so on, go to trading tab, put the ticker and make sure anything you want to see is showing. go to the wheel icon, select export to excel. Then open excel and paste control+v and not only should you have exported but it will update in real time
@jeremymag I see the options statistics component. But it is not exported. The only thing that is expored is the options chain. FWIW, the options chain is exported even if I don't see it.
there is an alternative, when you export and see prices you do it from the trade tab, when you do it from the analyze tab, I think you cant export prices but you can export parameters
sorry for the late reply, didnt saw there was an answer
the only other way then is to pick up prices and make a spreadsheet that will calculate your own parameters. If its a good enough sheet the information will be flawless and youll have the parameters, I use to do it when I trade heavely using the greeks, since no services carries calculation for higher order greeks
Thx, and I agree. But ...
This does not cover all cases I need.
For example, looking for past data.
If I want the volume of yesterday and make a custom study, I can't get the custom study data, and cannot generate that under Excel.
if I have a custom study named custom1 that get yesterday volume then :
A call like =RTD("tos.rtd"; ; "VOLUME"; NameOfTheOption) WILL WORK.
But =RTD("tos.rtd"; ; "CUSTOM1"; NameOfTheOption) WILL NOT WORK.
