I just received the credentials for SC setup and I have my charts set for RTH on both NT & SC, but the data between the two charts are not similar. Both have TT for data feed, and both platforms are set for RTH 9:00 - 14:30. Will someone please confirm which chart is similar to yours for today's data? I have used SC in the past and the data has been identical in the past, not sure what the issue is today.

Your NT chart looked right.

You SC chart is off by several hours. Did you set the time zone correctly in Global Settings --> Data/Trade Service Settings?

Omaha786,

That fixed it, but I don't remember having to do this before. Thank you very much!

Charts are very similar now except in the eclipsed shaded area. Both charts are fed with TT data, but it is concerning that the NT chart is different from SC chart. My concern is that I took a long trade on the 12:35 bar and got b/e. There is definitely a difference in data when looking to take a trade and having a false signal. What's funny is the data is very similar with the rest of the chart other than in the shaded area. I don't think its a question of correct or not data just different tick data. Does anyone have any input or experience like this?
