Hi guys, I recently had a new PC built. I list the parts below:

Chassis Corsair Carbide 500R
Motherboard Asus Z97A
CPU i7 4790k (it cost the same as a 4790, so I took the 4790k, not intending to overclock)
Memory 2 x 8GB (Corsair Vengeance)
SSD 2 x Samsung EVO 850 250GB (Thanks Bigmike for recommending the Samsungs)
GPU 2 x Gigabyte Geforce 750Ti (Each card has 2 x HDMI and 2 x DVI connectors)
PSU Seasonic 850W M12-2 (The 850W leaves room for upgrades.)
OS Windows 8.1 (I think I would have liked Windows 7 better)
Monitors 8 x LG 23 inch MP55 (They were 20% cheaper then the Dell's)

For any of you that have had problems with window docking / undocking and not opening in the same place every time, especially when you have multiple windows open on one screen, I've been using Ultraview Desktop Manager for some months now - it really makes it easy to tidy up the screen spaces and keep it the same way after every restart. I'm not affiliated with that vendor at all, just thought that this thread would be a place visited by folks who need to manage all the real estate on their desks.

Hi zmaj

With that monster truck of yours I don't think overclocking is necessary.

?

2x 980ti's is ruthless!!

Can I ask why you have gone with 64gb of ram?

"Free markets work because they allow people to be lucky, thanks to aggressive trial and error, not by giving rewards or incentives for skill. The strategy is, then, to tinker as much as possible and try to collect as many Black Swan opportunities as you can"

In order to be able to optimize the overclocking better and able to process the data load. Have an automated trading strategy that is requiring the max RAM
