There are definitely no issues with the monitors in portrait mode. Make sure you have an up-to-date video card as well, it could be your video card creating artifacts if it doesn't support the resolution very well. Any video card with an HDMI or DisplayPort connector would be new enough, and you are better off using them vs any type of DVI converter.
Could any multi-monitor setup expert tell me if I could do this?
I'm trying to have 3 monitors with 2 side monitors in landscape and 1 center in portrait.
2 sides are 23" and center one will be 24"
I have ATI Radeon 5570 card according to device manager in control panel.
I searched youtube and all they have is either all 3 in landscape or all in portrait.
Yes, you can rotate each monitor individually. The issue will be that moving from one monitor to the next will not be smooth because the resolutions and sizes are inconsistent. So if your mouse is in the middle of your screen in the middle monitor, and you move it perfectly horizontally to the right or left, it will "jump" when it hits the outside monitor.

My monitors are different sizes on each end, but Nvidia Control Panel allows me to adjust them so when my mouse crosses over from one to the other, it remains on the same line. Not sure if all cards have this capability though.
If the difference between resolutions is high the mouse will be "stuck" in the middle monitor. You'll need to move it down till it "jumps" to the other monitor.
I have this problems. When I move my mouse from the 21.5" into the 15" the mouse need to come down more than half the 21.5" height so it can move into the 15".

I have 2 intel xeon [email protected] processors and 24 gb ram and 4 nvidia quadro fx 380 video cards with 8 dell u2410 monitors. I been reading everyone talking about overclocked processors and was wondering if that would help with the speed problom I seem to be having with ninja running six charts with 4 to five indicators on them. If i switch insturments for example for es to cl the ninja my frezz up. Even with just one insurment loaded on all the charts ninja is slugish. having to wait a few seconds at times after i right click for the drop down menu to apear. I was wondering if cranking up my cpu some might help this since while ninja is running in the task manager window in cpu history I see only a hand ful of cores working. Everything eles on the computer has no problem even while ninja is acting slugish and I was thinking of going to a water cooled system to quitten down my computer does anyone have any sugestions on the best system. any info would be appricatied.
