Hi all, thank you for the time reading this.

I would like to log in my Rithmic to Singapore gateway (I am located in Singapore), however, I would either get a market data error messgae OR freezes.

I have no issues logging in Chicago, but I am ONLY able to log in Chicago live trading account. Not Tokyo, not Europe, just Chicago.

So I have few communications with Rithmic, AMP futures (my brokerage) and Motivewave (my platform for the log-in)

They all have no idea what is going on. Lol.
It all works fine on their sides.

So it is unlikely a system issue since I would assume the data connection would take up as much computing powers regardless what gateway you are connected to.

My guess is probably a set up issue in my computer? But I have no idea what it is.

I trade on a Mac, so I cannot use Trader/R to see if the connection is alright using other platform (No storage left for bootcamp). My comupter is overdue for an upgrade, but it won’t happen until year end.

So I will just post here to see if anyone has similar experiences or have some vague ideas of what is going on?
