Hi all - apologies if this has been asked before, I couldn’t find a straight answer in the search.

I’m looking at getting a tablet, either a large new iPad Pro or a surface pro. It’s primary use has nothing to do with trading, however if possible I’d like to be able to use it to practice scalping drills and trading on sim whilst I’m away from home to keep my hand in watching the order flow on the Jigsaw Daytradr DOM.

I’m pretty sure this won’t be possible on an iPad Pro, unless I found a way to virtually access my machine at home which given potential speed issues I don’t think is the way to go.

Does anyone know if you can install Daytradr on a surface pro, and if the spec is suitable to running a few DOMs?

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers.

You shouldn't have any trouble whatsoever. I run Sierrachart with a couple DOMs on my OG Surface Pro 1 (yeah... it's old lol) with no issues except the tiny screen lol.

Thanks very much,

That’s good to know! Think I’ll have to go with one then

You shouldn’t have any issues with the surface pro. Running NT8 no problem
