Well, I hope the title says its all. And if I start a thread are there different restrictions in place for my own replies?

background: I'm thinking about to start a journal with local statistics and the writing/reasoning of my trades in the forum. For this it's interesting to know how much time I have to edit my posts. English is not my first language so I will need to do so often.

Thank you.

Thank you.

You have 24 hours to edit. Except the first post: that one you can change anytime - always.
I think it is a good rule - it prevents to go back on old stuff and change. Readers are taking
the way of "New Posts" and only see the latest inputs - not aware of changes in the past.
This makes a thread easy to read for everyone.
Hope this helps
