"Everything Search" is a Windows app that indexes your files about a billion times better than the built-in Windows Search does. And it offers all kinds of sorting options and filter options.
It also supports network file system locations, the main reason I downloaded it -- as I routinely have to search network drives.
Anyway, I strongly recommend this software if you are a power user. It's freeware with a donate option.

Need help? 1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first. 2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses. 3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make. 4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance. 5) Where to start as a trader? I second what Mike says. Search Everything is good. The only drawback is that if you need to search some text within text files it doesn't allow you to do that. I use another free program for that called AstroGrep.
If you are a performance fanatic like me and use an alternative search tool like Everything consider also disabling Windows Search altogether and switching off the indexing of your hard drives.
