I was once an elite member, but have since lost my membership details.
An email was sent to futures.io (formerly BMT) a couple of days ago, but I have not heard from anyone yet.
If a moderator is out there, could you please email me so that I can regain my previous username and account?
1) We do not allow duplicate accounts. We state this multiple times during the sign-up process, and you have to check a box that says you are not creating a duplicate account. Yet, you just did.
2) I always answer all support emails. If you did not receive a response it is likely because you entered the wrong email address, or it was put in your spam filter.
By creating a new account all you've done is create more work for me to fix.
Go back and create another request via the "Contact us" page on the bottom of every page.
