Today is the 3. time that futures.io (formerly BMT) stoped sending me a confirmation mail that a new post in one of my Subscribed Threads are made. To restablish the mail service I have to click on every Subscribed Thread on "Stop Following Thread" and then again "Follow Thread".
I'm the only one with this issue?
regards
michael
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
What is your frequency set to? If daily, it will send updates only daily and not instantly.
Also keep in mind that you will receive only one email, even if 10 posts are made. Once you visit the site, then that gets reset, and you'll get one more email if a new post(s) is made.
Normaly it is instantly. Where can I see the frequency set?
I have, for example, the "Want your NinjaTrader indicator created, free?" thread subscribed and I didn't get a mail today. I see now also that I didn't get a mail for "Rachels Journal"
michael
Edit: found it and it is on Instant email notification
If you received an email for Rachel's journal yesterday when she posted, and didn't view her thread between that email and the second time she posted in the thread today, then you will not receive an email update.
You receive one email update per thread, until you visit the forum again.
Frequency is on a per-thread basis. Go to UserCP then Subscribed Threads.
