Couple Qs about embeding vids in a post...

Q1: Is there a way to embed videos form websites other than youtube....
I've run across some from various other places and don't know how to embed them here...if it's possible.

Q2: Also I'm wondering how to post a PPP (power piont video thing)....is that possible ?

If you guys have an answer for this spell it out so that even a computer simpleton like me can figure it out

YouTube and Vimeo are the only embeddable videos.

You would need to zip the powerpoint and attach it.
