PSE live data

Hello all,
I am hoping somebody out here know where I can get live level 2 (PSE) Philippines Stock Exchange data with market depth.
I found MetaStock Xenith and they say they have it for $150 a month not including platform fees. Tradestation will not accept that data. I also have Motivewave who will take it but I would like more options. DNTIQ said no and everyone I can think of said no. The PSE offers data for $5000 USD per month which is a bit rich for my blood. At first I thought it was pesos but they quickly referred me to another page in their website and yep USD.
If anybody has any ideas please let me know. I live here, semi retired trader trading futures and a little on the PSE but the platforms and data here are less than optimal. A real platform and data would give a trader a real leg up on the heard trading here using nothing but RSI, MA;s MACD and ROC. Some real analytics might just work out if I could get some data.

I believe IB has it all, globally. I would check their website.
