Hi there, I am a novice trader and still learning... Can anyone explain what happened today (10/16) betweeb 10:18 to 10:26 ET? it seems that almost every stock I looked at jumped at the same time

Fed Member was speaking and talked about delay in ending QE. He put his finger in the dam that was waiting to burst.
