I think they should buy futures.io (formerly BMT), and split the money with Big Mike and all the Elite members...

Apple was up in the 600s pre-market, 607, 608, something like that. Then halted, opened then in the 580s in the ETH pre-market and climbed to open high 590s for the RTH open. High volume battle Royale ..... see the chart...........

Foxconn recruiter: We're 'hiring' for June release of iPhone 5
The latest iPhone 5 report quotes a Foxconn recruiting official saying that the company needs to hire 18,000 people to make the iPhone 5.

A Foxconn recruiting office is telling potential hires that the iPhone 5 is expected to go on sale in June, according to a Japanese broadcaster.

In a conversation recorded here by TV Tokyo and aired April 2, a Foxconn recruiter says the company needs to hire about 18,000 people to manufacture the iPhone 5.

"Because it seems it will go on sale in June," the recruiter says in response to a question about the iPhone 5, according to a Japanese translation of the original Chinese. (That conversation starts around the 7:10 mark.)
This wouldn't be the first time that a report points to a summer release of the next iPhone. A January report hinted at a summer release and a subsequent rumor cited an analyst at Daiwa Securities.

StreetInsider.com - BTIG Downgrades Apple (AAPL) to Neutral, Time to Take a Breather

Quoting
BTIG downgraded Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) from Buy to Neutral although they expect another blow-out quarter in Fiscal Q2 of $40 billion in revenue versus a sell-side consensus of $36 billion and EPS of $10.75 versus a sell side consensus of $9.81.

It's time for investors to take a breath the firm contends.

"We believe that investors should take a breather during the expected strength of this quarter and the rapid rise in the stock and take a moment to consider; -the changing dynamics in the post-paid wireless industry, which has seen margins squeezed by the frequent upgrade activity of iPhone customers, -the sustainability of a $600 iPhone and possible need for a price cut, and -the elevated expectation that the company will deliver another revolutionary product into the market."

"We expect post-paid wireless operators to remain firm in their plan to stunt the pace of phone upgrades in 2012 and we expect to see some initial evidence of their success in the current quarter," the firm continued.

US Sues Apple, Publishers Over Electronic Books - ABC News

Quoting
The U.S. government has filed an antitrust lawsuit in New York against Apple Inc. and various major book publishers. It claims the publishers conspired with Apple to raise retail electronic-book prices to limit competition.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in federal court in Manhattan. It said the effort was a response to the success Amazon had in selling e-books for just under $10.

The lawsuit said the alleged conspiracy came as Apple was preparing to launch the iPad. It said the alleged conspiracy called for Apple to be guaranteed a 30 percent commission on each e-book it sold.

Apple did not immediately respond to a comment request.

Now this is a rare foray into a Foxconn factory that churns out Apple’s precious iPads, and journalist Rob Schmitz had the privilege of being exposed to the inner workings of Foxconn’s China factory, seeing how the super popular iPad gets manufactured and assembled, and hopefully, will help dispel the notion from the general masses that working in Foxconn is somewhat akin to hell (although steps have been taken to improve conditions), especially after the spate of suicides that happened some time back. The new video tour can be viewed right after the jump, as you hear Schmitz reveal on how iPads are built and tested.

According to Schmitz, “The first misconception I had about Foxconn’s Longhua facility in the city of Shenzhen was that I’ve always called it a ‘factory’ — technically, it is. But after you enter the gates and walk around, you quickly realize that it’s also a city — 240,000 people work here. Nearly 50,000 of them live on campus in shared dorm rooms. There’s a main drag lined on both sides with fast-food restaurants, banks, cafes, grocery stores, a wedding photo shop, and an automated library. There are basketball courts, tennis courts, a gym, two enormous swimming pools, and a bright green astroturf soccer stadium smack-dab in the middle of campus. There’s a radio station — Voice of Foxconn — and a television news station. Longhua even has its own fire department, located right on main street.”
