Interactive Broker API Issue

First Post! We are using the Python IB API which calls for the opening price of several stocks to be loaded into an array. Pre market and Post market the API works fine, however at anytime during 9 30 00 and 9 30 59 the array comes back incomplete. It shows missing data on some stocks, however this does not happen all the time. I have been in contact with developers and they do not see the issue, I have tried it live trading and paper trading. If I wait 1 minute and trade at 931 the application works fine, its just at the open and the first minute. Any help or guidance would be appreciated! IB hasn't been able to help

Yeah ... it's a mess. Get in touch with one of the 3rd party vendors offering IB integration and try to work with them.
Matlab also has integration with IB ... bad feedback from their side too regarding IB's API stability.
