Well, that information is far from being private (ie. sensitive).
Yeah, I live in Portugal, there are hundreds of cities here.
I'm talking about sharing pics of you children, of your family, of your friends, where you work, where you live (town), when you go to sleep, with whom you sleep, things that I would care less but people seems to love to share and too know.
But in the end it all depends of what we consider private.

before IPO a friend of mine asked me to buy FB shares... I dont do shares per se but I firmly told him to not buy but to wait and sell..
I completely believe Fb should be traded around $10 and then for the public to see how they will make revenue through mobile.
I kept away from Fb as I dont personally see it as viable but I must say that the IPO was almost 100% perfect in that JPM/GS priced it well @$38 as there was certainly not much more value to be had post where it traded highest but im not killing it off just yet.
If it gets ti $10 i might be inclined to buy big..!
Very nice use of Data Visualizations in the video.
But in the end, they left the valuations to be based on "how much FAITH and BELIEF you have in Facebook". All such faith and belief could blow up into thin air, when you see your account declining like this.
Taking the highest paid FB price - that Hi on IPO day and
extrapolate the passed time for half-life today - a price of
less than 10$ by the end of this year is highly probable.
Maybe one of the few Nasdaq listed companies that are
delisted within a year after IPO?

PS: the official "loss of some millions" for the last
quarter in relation to the zillions cashed in for selling the
FB equities seems quite ridiculous. So where IS the deal
even if that loss had been a winner?
