Sierra Chart Account Monitor Question

On my Sierra Chart Trade Account Monitor there two Columns - Margin Requirement and Full Margin.
They have following values for 1 MHG Contract.

What's the difference between them and which one is the one to look at, so it does not exceed my cash balance
and have my broker liquiditate all my positions.

that will depend on the broker behind it.

Full margin is for the overnight. Most brokers offer lower margins for day trading.
