expand the profile like Windotrader or James Dalton's video ?
I found your Custom Market Profile on the Sierra Chart Support Board. I really like being able to see compact and expanded profile at the same time similar to WindoTrader and the custom extension colors in the study. But I have been having some issues with the expanded profile running onto the TPO Chart instead of remaining in the Fill Space. I know there have been a significant amount of updates in Sierra Chart since this study was last updated in May 2019.
Can the study be updated to fix some of the issues that I am having? If not, would you be willing to share the code so that I may update the study myself.
Looking forward to the update. I have been working with the study and like how flexible it is, and especially the range breakout color option.
I am curious, would it be difficult for you to update your study to also work on non-time based charts in Sierra Chart i.e. Point and Figure chart, Range Bar Chart, or Renko Chart?
Although the basis of the standard TPO Profile is time. A profile is generated by compressing the bars in the session on the horizontal axis into a bell curve to better determine the value at price.
I know that it is possible to generate a profile for any chart using a 3rd party vendor indicator in Ninjatrader but I haven't seen anything similar for Sierra Chart.
