What are the minimum funding requirements for Sierra + CTS combo accounts?

Other than 60$ per month if round trip contract requirements are not met, are there any other account dormancy fees as well?

The Minimum is $2,500 for this combo. We do not have minimum trade requirements.
We can find FCMs who do not charge dormancy fees.

And I reckon CME exchange fees will be on top of this?
