I'm still having issues with the TTnet 6E data on Sierrachart- since the tick size change 2 weeks ago.
No levels on the DOM etc. Here is the reply I got from Sierra support yesterday :
"We are aware of this and TT has been told about it. There is a problem where the Bid and Ask prices are 10 times the actual value.Puzzling why this still has not yet been resolved. "
Anyone else still having this problem ?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I do NOT use bid/ask data, but this TTnet issue did cause me problems with the display of data last week. As per the thread on the SC forum I followed their advice and disabled error filtering which fixed my problem. At the time SC told me they had advised TT of the issue. Just today I re-enabled error filtering on the assumption TT had fixed the issue at their end and my 6E data has been fine today.
I suggest you register and post a message directly on the TTnet forum. I have done this before for other issues and received responses.
